DEFECTIVE GOODS & SHIPPING ERRORS

KineticVet is committed to providing quality products to our customers.  Items with proven defects or items shipped in error can be returned for replacement or customer credit within 30 days.  KineticVet will take responsibility for shipping charges and will not charge a restocking fee on returns due to shipping mistakes or defective items.  KineticVet reserves the right to use its discretion in determining the validity of a claim for defective products.  Items returned for reasons other than defect or shipping error will be subject to a restocking fee.  To return items, please contact our customer service department for more information.  No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

SHORTAGE OF MERCHANDISE

When receiving a shipment, sign for the total pieces.  If a shortage occurs, a signed freight bill by the driver indicating the shortage must be submitted to KineticVet immediately.  Upon receipt of documentation, KineticVet will issue a credit and file a claim with the freight company.

OUTDATED OR DISCONTINUED GOODS

KineticVet offers no credit for outdated or discontinued goods.  If product is purchased within 6 months of valid dating, KineticVet will exchange for newer dated product.  If product is purchased with more than 6 months valid dating remaining, it is neither eligible for exchange nor credit.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

A representative of the delivering freight carrier must be notified of the concealed damage to do an inspection.  The carrier must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the delivery.  The freight carrier will advise disposition of the damaged goods.  The consignee is responsible for filing a claim for the damage with the delivering carrier.
